Agricultural Filings - Please note: Arkansas law differs from other states relative to UCC farm filings. UCC filings on farm equipment or crops are not recorded at the Central Filing Office (Secretary of State) in Arkansas. In Arkansas, UCC's on farm equipment or crops are filed in the county where the farmer lives, which is not necessarily the county in which the farmer's crops are grown. If the farmer's crops are in Lonoke County and the farmer's home is in Little Rock (located in Pulaski County), your filing should be in Pulaski County.
